Subscription Terms and Conditions

· Only queries sent from your registered email address will be answered.  If you wish to change your registered address please email us to let us know.

· Only one query per email will be answered, i.e. one birth, one marriage or one death.  If you have more queries just send more emails.

· We aim to reply to all enquiries within 48 hours but in some cases it may take up to 2 weeks for you to receive a response.

· We endeavour to resolve all queries in a positive way, but we cannot guarantee to find any particular birth, marriage or death.

· If you cannot provide us with certain information (eg approx. dates, names of parents, spouse, etc) we may not be able to give you a definitive answer to your query.  We will still try and may come up with more than one possibility.

· You can cancel your subscription at any time.  Please email us if you wish to cancel.  Cancellation will take place the day before your next subscription payment is due.  The service will continue to be available until this date and no refunds will be given.  Under no circumstances will you be charged after sending a cancellation email.
